Four Ways to Order


  1. By Phone: Call 1-877-21-BRAIN with your credit card ready. Books will be shipped the same working day. Add tax, if personal order, and 10% for shipping and handling.
  2. Order Form by Fax: Download the PDF order form and place your order by fax to 940-321-1690. Books will be shipped the next working day of the order. Add tax, if personal order, and 10% for shipping and handling.
  3. Order Form by Mail: Print and mail the PDF order form with a check or money order to Book & Brain Consulting, Inc. 1000 Rio Bravo Way, Shady Shores, Texas 76208. Books will be shipped the same working week of the order. Add tax, if personal order, and 10% for shipping and handling.
  4. Through Your School: Your school may send a PO by fax or by mail and we will fill and ship the order the same working week. Tax id # is needed for nontaxable orders. Books will be shipped the next working week of the order. Add 10% for shipping and handling.
